The Board of Recreation conducts their meetings the second Wednesday of each month, commencing at 7 p.m. Meetings are held in the lower conference room of the Prospect Town Hall. PLEASE NOTE: The minutes posted online are APPROVED minutes of Board Meetings. UNAPPROVED minutes are available 48 hours after the scheduled meeting date in the Town Clerk's Office. Only APPROVED minutes are posted on the website, therefore, there is the possibility of up to a one month time frame for minutes to be updated on the website. Minutes from the Board are not approved until the following meeting.
