Director's Report: None written. Toni Barnes is taking some of the hours of Ruby DeCosta. Toni did a good job taking over for Lorraine Morris who was on sick leave. Lucy complimented Miriam Caouette for a good job chairing the last meeting for Jeannette. Mayor Chatfield contacted someone to look at the floor in the Great Room before it becomes a safety problem. The Lion's Club has expressed an interest in a project for a pool room in the basement. A motion was made by Mike Rutkowski, seconded by Albert Miele to accept the Director's Report as given. Vote Unanimous. Lorraine Morris brought in the bus reports for June and September, the others will be ready at a later time. A motion was made by Mike Rutkowski, seconded by Albert Miele to accept the two bus reports. Vote Unanimous.

Old Business: Miriam Caouette reported she talked with Mayor Chatfield about the Town Council meeting reported in the newspaper to be on Senior Housing and was told the reporter may have misunderstood, there is no committee, they were just taking about Senior Housing. Jeannette Lampron said the Commission On Aging should be notified beforehand of any meeting pertaining to seniors so the members can attend. The letter was sent to Toni Barnes for stepping in as Mini-Bus driver as per last meeting.

New Business: Miriam Caouette said she understood the Senior Center and the Senior Club were separate, she doesn't understand why Lucy is running Senior Club meetings along with the Center. Richard Kuhn said the refreshments are running smoother since she took over. She serves the coffee at the table so there is less spillage than when people got up to get their own coffee. Miriam suggested the refreshment committee could pour the coffee. Jeannette suggested that should be brought up in the club meetings. The finances of the Senior Center should be discussed quarterly at Commission meetings. The suggestion was brought up by Richard Kuhn.

AARP: A Christmas Party will be held at San Marino's - December 6, 2002.

Senior Club: A Christmas Party will be held at the Prospect Fire House on December 6, 2002 at noon.
