The Prospect Commission On Aging meeting was called to order at 10:00 am, by Jeannette Lampron, Chairperson.

Others Present: Lucy Smegielski, Bill Brown
A motion was made by Mike Rutkowski, seconded by Miriam Caouette to approve the minutes of the regular meeting March 3, 2003 as amended. Vote Unanimous.
Director’s Report: None written. No bus report. Lucy brought in copies of the Budget for the next fiscal year. Lucy reported on the outside lights. The Easter lunch is booked.
Old Business: There was brief discussion regarding the Horseshoe Court and the pool room in the basement.
New Business: Miriam and Jeannette attended a Wolcott Commission On Aging meeting. Brief discussion followed. There was also discussion on Senior Housing and grants.
AARP Report: Chapter 2845 will hold its meeting at the Prospect Fire House on Friday, May 2, 2003 at 11:30 am. There will be a Tag Sale and we will have a brown bag lunch. Bring your Tag Sale items and new members are always welcome.
Senior Club: We have currently 460 members from all surrounding areas.
