A motion was made by Ruby DeCosta, seconded by Albert Miele to approve the minutes of the regular meeting April 7, 2003. Vote Unanimous.
Director's Report: A motion was made by Joe Thompson, seconded by Miriam Caouette to accept the Director's Report. Vote Unanimous.
Old Business: The new mini-bus should be in later this month.

AARP: Prospect Chapter 2845 will hold its Installation of Officers on June 11, 2003 at the Manor Inn.
Senior Club: Brief discussion regarding parking.
Public Participation: Brief discussion regarding Senior Housing.
