Unfinished Business: The article in the Republican -American was discussed regarding the Scott Road Project. Mayor Chatfield stated in the article that he doesn't expect to provide services for the 366-unit, age restricted development since snow removal and recycling will be provided by the developer. According to the article, the company broke ground for the Prospect development in January and plans to have the first phase of the project for residents by February of 2008.

Richard Cipriano also discussed an article in the newspaper about freezing taxes for older homeowners. It has been proposed that those seniors 65 or older would pay the same amount in taxes each year -- they would not be increased. Some towns have adoped some changes. Richard will follow up on the latest information from the State Legislature on the tax freeze.

New Business:
Toll Brothers homes project. Availablity was discussed. Price tag $190,000. Concern about increased traffic.
