Land Use Inspector's Report: Under discussion, Chairman Koehler mentioned he had observed sedimentation coming off the new lots within the "Fulling Mill Ridge" subdivision at the end of Rachel Ann Court and flowing into a catch basin. The storm water from this basin discharges into a watercourse within the watershed basin area of the CT Water Company's Indian Well Field. It was also mentioned that Grieder's pond on Union City Road was receiving noticeable up-stream sedimentation, possibly from within the Industrial Park. Commissioners also discussed both inland wetlands and zoning issues at the Curtis Landscaping site on Union City Road.
