Land Use Inspector's Report: Bill Donovan mentioned that three informal proposals for Active Adult and/or Elderly Housing projects have recently been presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission. All three proposals would require inland wetlands approvals. No formal applications have as yet been submitted, however Bill stated that strong demand for active adult housing projects in Connecticut practically assures that future proposals for this type of development in Prospect will be forthcoming.
