Chairman Erickson called the meeting to order at 6:25 p.m.

Old Business:

  • Toll Brothers Construction Schedule - No information available at this time, Scott Poryanda will be contacted to obtain a schedule.
  • Boulder Brook Developers Agreement status - C> Perugini-Erickson stated that Atty. Ned Fitzpatrick has requested the Developer to sign the Developers Agreement but no action has been taken. C. Perugini-Erickson will forward an email to Joe Commendatore and Mayor Chatfield regarding the status of the agreement and informaiton from DEP regarding the sewer status as a community sewer system.
  • P&Z Regulation revisions - Bill Donovan, Land Use Officer, stated that P&Z is working on the zoning regulation revisions including the WPCA's requested amendment. Bill will notify the WPCA when a public hearing is scheduled for the revisions.
  • Waste Water Facilities Plan; The budget is still under consideration. It was noted that C. Wester made an excellent presentation to the Town Council on March 20, 2007. Chris's efforts are greatly appreciated by the WPCA.

    • New Business:
    Atty. Casagrande has been requested to develop draft Water Regulations for the WPCA. C. Perugini-Erickson will contact Atty. Casagrande regarding the status.

    Correspondence:
    Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection letter dated March 5, 2007, regarding the requests from Connecticut WPCA's for Clean Water Fund grants. The requests must be received by March 31, 2007.

    Motion by D. Brown, seconded by C. Graveline to have C. Wester prepare the request for CWF grant money to reimburse the Town of Prospect for the costs to prepare a Waste Water Facilities Plan. The WPCA will request $100,000. Unanimous.

    Motion by C. Wester, seconded by C. Graveline to adjourn at 7:05 pm. Unanimous.
