Chairman Erickson called the meeting to order at 4:36 p.m.
Mayor Chatfield submitted copies of the project plans, Planning & Zoning approval, Inland Wetlands approval, State of Connecticut Dept. of Public Health approval, State of Connecticut Dept. of Environmental Grant approval, and examples of resolutions granting authority to enter agreements on behalf of the Town of Prospect for the College Farms water main.
Motion by D. Brown, seconded by C. Graveline to adopt a resolution granting the authority to Robert J. Chatfield, Mayor to enter into and sign contracts on behalf of the Town of Prospect as may be required by the state of federal government in connection with the water main installation for the College Farms Subdivision. Unanimous.
Motion by D. Brown, seconded by C. Graveline to adjourn meeting at 4:54 p.m. Unanimous.
