Chairman Erickson called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.
Motion by D. Brown, seconded by C. Graveline, to accept minutes from regular meeting on April 25, 2006. Unanimous.
Old Business: Attorney Casagrande presented a suggested agreement for Tesco and the condo association. After reading the condo declarations, he has some changes he would like to make. He will check with Tesco's attorney for any building plans for the sewage system. Attorney Casagrande is also looking into if this is considered a community sewage system. By state statutes, the municipality may be liable for any damages if this is considered a community sewage system. He just it not sure if the municipality would be Naugatuck or Prospect.
Motion by D. Brown, seconded by C. Graveline, to adjourn meeting at 7:15 p.m. Unanimous.
