Chairman Dominic N. Moschella called the Special Zoning Board of Appeals meeting to order at 4 P.M. Members present: Dominic Moschella, Harold Bernier, Carl Graveline, Alternate Maryann C. Anderson. Absent: Betty Lou Holley, Martin Atkins and Alternate Donato Orsini.
Chairman Moschella indicated will approve minutes of November 28, 2000 meeting when more members are present.
Christopher J. Dupre, 4 Spruce Drive reviewed application request. Previously reviewed plans with Chesprocott, location for barn is limited. Applicant is seeking a 10 foot right side line variance for construction of barn. Carl Graveline questioned location of well - in front of house. Location of septic system reviewed. MOTION made by Carl Graveline, seconded by Harold Bernier to accept ZBA Application 15-2000 of Christopher J. Dupre, 4 Spruce Drive seeking a 10 foot right side line variance, hardship location of septic. Public Hearing to be held January 23, 2001 at 7:10 P.M. Unanimous
