The Prospect Zoning Board of Appeals meeting was called to order at 7:01 P.M. by Chairman Dominic N. Moschella.
Members present: Martin Atkins, Carl Graveline, Dominic Moschella, Harold Bernier, Joyce Jones, Maryann Anderson & Betty Lou Holley at 7:04 P.M. Also present was William Donovan Land Use Inspector.
CORRESPONDENCE: Planning & Zoning Minutes from March 1, 2000 & Letter from Charter Revision Commission re: Hearing April 11, 2000 & 7:30 P.M., letter read by Chairman Dominic Moschella.
MOTION made by Martin Atkins, seconded by Harold Bernier to pay the clerical bill. Unanimous

OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: John H. Barlow, 72-74 Waterbury Rd - William Donovan updated members that Mr. Barlow withdrew his application to for the time being.
MOTION made by Carl Graveline, seconded by Martin Atkins to add Mr. Peter Stephanak of 12 Matthew Street to the agenda under New Business. Unanimous
Applicant reviewed request for a 14-foot right sideline variance for construction of a 10 foot by 10 foot & 14 foot high shed. Applicant submitted pictures of the area. Hardship: Meeting requirements, allow for location in natural setting without removing trees, and location of septic. Zoning Enforcement Officer William Donovan indicated applicant would not have to go before Planning & Zoning but would need Chesprocott approval.
MOTION made by Carl Graveline, seconded by Betty Lou Holley to accept Peter Stephanak's application and schedule a Public Hearing on April 25, 2000 @ 7:15 P.M. Unanimous
