CORRESPONDENCE: None.
CLERICAL BILL: Motion by J. Slapikas seconded by G. Havican to pay the clerical bill.Unanimous.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion by G. Havican, seconded by M. Blinstrubas to approve the ZBA minutes of the July 27, 2004 meeting. Two votes in favor with one abstention. Motion to approve carries. Motion by J. Slapikas, seconded by G. Havican to approve the ZBA minutes of the Special Meeting held on August 9, 2004 as amended.Unanimous.
NEW BUSINESS:
a. Dzeladin Lena, 3 Rek Lane. Application for property line variances to construct an attached garage.. Mr. Lena stated he is seeking to add an attached one-car garage on the left side of the house. The lot is non-conforming in that it has less than 150 feet of frontage and is approximately 1/4 of an acre in size. The house is also non-conforming as it is located within the 50 foot front property line setback. Motion by J. Slapikas, seconded by G. Havican to accept Application 11-2004 of Dzeladin Lena, 3 Rek Lane for a 12 foot left sideline and a 13 foot front property line setback variance for an attached garage. Unanimous. Chairman Atkins set a public hearing for September 28, 2004 at 7:10 p.m.
