The Prospect Board of Recreation meeting was called to order by William Sereduck at 7:15 p.m.
Members Present: Frank Bainer, Larry Fitzgerald, Michael Palmerie, Jr., and William Sereduck Absent Members:Mark Mikulski, Mary Witham and Mary Welch Also Present: Christopher Moffo, Program DirectorOne bid for the storage/restroom facility to be located at Hotchkiss Field was received from United Concrete Products, Yalesville, CT. Frank Bainer opened the bid.
Discussion from the members was held. Following a discussion a motion was made by M. Palmerie and seconded by W. Sereduck to accept the bid from United Concrete Products. Unanimous.
The Program Director will contact Mayor's office for deposit check and he will also contact electrical contractors and building companies for foundation work.
Motion made by L. Fitzgerald, seconded by M. Palmerie to adjourn.
This meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
