Instructed by the Happy Piano Staff, studies show that piano lessons in the preschool years help in later academics, especially math, science and engineering. Our exclusive curriculum incorporates the latest brain research and includes activities that aid in connecting neurons.
For the Happy Piano students, the attraction is the fun and excitement they get from playing the piano. From the first day, students plan the piano on keyboards sized just right for small fingers. Music theory, including note names, time values, dynamics, and rhythm are introduced through games and activities.
This class is for children ages 3-1/2 to 6 years old. It will be held at Algonquin School on Tuesdays, from September 27 to December 7. The cost of the class is $165 for Residents and $170 for Non-Residents. The class will run from 3:30 pm to 4 pm.
