Learn To Swim Level 1:
Participants will learn to enter and exit the water using ladder, steps, or side; blow bubbles through mouth and nose; bobbing; open eyes under water & retrieve submerged objects; front and back glides & floats; recover to a vertical position; roll from front to back & back to front; tread water using arms and hand actions; alternating & simultaneous leg actions on front & back; combined arm & leg actions on front & back; learn how to stay safe, include recognizing an emergency & knowing how to call for help; learn how to stay safe in, on, & around the water, including the use of a life jacket, recognizing lifeguards & sun safety.

Learn To Swim Level 2:
Participants will learn to enter and exit the water by stepping or jumping from the side; fully submerged & hold breath; bobbing; open eyes under water & retrieve submerged objects; front jellyfish and tuck floats; recover to a vertical position; roll from front to back & back to front; tread water using arm and leg action; combined arm & leg actions on front & back; finning arm action; learn how to stay safe, include recognizing an emergency, knowing how to call for help & perform simple non-swimming assists; learn how to stay safe in, on, & around the water, including the use of a life jacket, recognizing lifeguards & sun safety; learn to look carefully before entering water; learn what to think about & do when exhausted or caught in a dangerous situation.

Learn To Swim Level 3:
Participants will learn to enter the water by jumping from the side; head first entries from the side in sitting and kneeling positions; bobbing while moving toward safety; rotary breathing; survival float; back float; change from vertical to horizontal position on front and back; tread water; flutter, scissor, dolphin, & breaststroke kicks on front; front crawl and elementary backstroke; learn to look carefully before entering the water; learn to perform simple nonswimming assists; learn to recognize, prevent & respond to cold water emergencies.

Learn To Swim Level 4:
Participants will learn to enter the water headfirst from the side in compact and stride positions; swim under water; feet first surface dive; survival swimming; front crawl & backstroke open turns; tread water using 2 different kicks; front & back crawl, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, sidestroke, & butterfly; flutter and dolphin kicks on back; learn what to think about & do when exhausted or caught in a dangerous situation; learn to perform simple non-swimming assists; learn about recreational water illnesses & how to prevent them.

Some of her qualifications consist of WSI certification, Red Cross Certified Swim Instructor, also a certified Lifeguard. She has taught swim on the competitive level and is offering instructional swim to you children.
American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Course:
If you're 15 years or older and looking for a summer jon or a challenging career, American Red Cross Life guarding is the best place to start. This course helps you develop skills and experience valued by colleges and future employers. You'll develop new skills and learn how to deal effectively with people, fostering a "take charge" attitude. You'll also get a participant's manual and tips for securing a life guarding job. Classroom learning and hands-on practice build key skills:
