Special meeting called October 10, 2001. Members present: Jean Meehan, Gary Baldowski, H. Semaskvich and Sheri Cocchiola. Members absent: Joel Meisel, Alberto Mimo and Michael Holley

Meeting called to order at 7:03 p.m.
H. Semaskvich will talk to Gene McCarthy about brush to be removed and the removal of a fallen tree.
A motion by Sheri and seconded by Gary that we have a three foot by four foot green with white letter sign made, so people can see where the Nature Trail is. So voted. Gwenn Fischer will make the sign.
A motion made by Sheri and seconded by H. Semaskvich that we furnish the cider and donuts for this event. So voted.
Jeff and his mother left and the mail was reviewed. A letter from David Young was received to inform the Commission members of land that was available between Cook Road and Roaring Brook.
A new Open Space Land Acquisition Guide was received and Gary will take it to the SCWA meeting. Habitate was received. A motion by Gary Baldowski and seconded by H. Semaskvich that we renew our dues with this organization, also, our membership with the Prospect Land Trust. So voted.
Minutes of the Land Trust and Zoning Board were also received.
Being no more business a motion made by Gary Baldowski and seconded by H. Semaskvich the meeting to be adjourned at 8:28 PM. So voted.
