Meeting called to order with the following members present:

The mail was reviewed. Minutes were accepted with a motion by Harrie Semaskvich. Seconded by Gary Baldowski. So voted.
The up coming Environmental Day was discussed and each volunteered their services to help gather information, etc. Jean will set up a table booth on the Green. Maps, pictures, literature and a survey will be rady for this display. Jeff volunteered to conduct the frog jumping contest. Advertisement will be needed.
It was agreed that Jean will put information out to the public. The event will co-inside with the Prospect Grange Fair on August 14. The booth will be manned for approximately three to four hours depending on the crowd.
The dates were det for the hikes this fall by Harrie. Everyone will be asked to meet at the parking lot at St. Anthony's Church. Thinking this will be easier for people to find. Harrie will then lead the hikers to the trail by carpooling.
The first hike will be Saturday, September 11 at 11:30 a.m. The second hike will be October 2 at 11:30 a.m. He is hoping this will help bring hikers out for the fall. Jean will put an article in the newspaper and we will pass out flyers at the Environmental Day booth. We may have some expenses for copies and advertisements for this event.
Books are in for the libary. Jean picked them up from Town Hall and will bet them to the library.
The sign has still not been picked up. Harrie said his truck is not big enough to pick it up. Bill said he didn't know if it would fit in his either. Arrangements will be needed with Gwenn for a time to pick it up.
Maps were reviewed of the wetlands and open space. These will be available at the booth for people to view.
A motion to adjourn was made by Alberto and seconded by Bill. So voted.
