Approved Minutes - June 5, 2008
Meeting called to order at 7:40 by Chairman Alberto Mimo.
Members Present: Alberto Mimo, Lois Chicano, Theresa Graveline, Gary Baldowski, John Kaufman.
Minutes of the May 29, 2008 meeting was reviewed. John suggested these minutes be modified to clarify his comment "that our Open Space Plan mirrors the 2008 Regional Plan of Conservation and Development". John made a motion to approve the May 29 minutes as adjusted for his comment. Theresa seconded the motion. Vote all in favor. Motion carried.
Theresa sent Town Council our letter to request funds. A formal request for proposal quotes will be placed in the Waterbury Republican stating the date that bids need to be submitted to us by. Bids received will then be reviewed and interviews will be scheduled.
Members discussed questions that should be asked on our open space survey for residents. Members were asked to bring their suggested questions to our next meeting when this discussion will continue.
Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday June 26, 2008 at 7:30 pm at Town Hall.
Gary made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Lois seconded the motion. Vote all in favor. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 9:20 pm.
