Hotchkiss Field

These are the basketball courts located next to the parking area. Behind the courts, is a fenced in soccer field. There are lights in this park to allow use of the park at night.

Hotchkiss Field provides a walking trail that surrounds the entire field that equals about 1 mile all the way around.

Hotchkiss Field is also home to the Field of Dreams. Shown here is that playground that is a park within itself.

The park has a lot of open fields for many different activities.

Directions to the Park

Coming up from RT. 68 from Cheshire:
Come all the way up RT. 69 until you get the the traffic light in the center of Town. At the light take a right onto RT. 69. Go through one traffic light, Shell gas station will be on the right, and when you reach the second traffic light, Hotchkiss Field will be directly on the left. Make a left at the traffic light into the park, where parking is available.

Coming up from RT. 68 from Naugatuck:
Come up through one traffic light and when you reach the second light at the center of Town, make a left. Follow RT. 69 through one traffic light, where the Shell gas station will be on the right, and when you reach the second traffic light, Hotchkiss Field will be directly on the left. Make a left at the traffic light into the park, where parking is available.

Coming up from RT. 69 from Waterbury:
Come up from Waterbury until you reach the first light. At the light, Hotchkiss Field will be directly on your right. Make a right into the park, where parking is available.

Coming up from RT. 69 from New Haven:
Go down through the valley and continue up RT. 69. Go through two (2) traffic lights and when you reach the third traffic light, Hotchkiss Field will be on the left. Make a left at the light into the park, where parking is available.
