Chairwoman S. McKernan called a special meeting of the Prospect Public Library to order at 10:05 a.m. beginning with the pledge of allegiance.
A review and discussion of the budget proposal for the fiscal year of 2001-2002 was held. B. Peterson will obtain additional finanacial information that was requested by the Board. This information will be presented at the regular board meeting to be held on Thursday, January 11, 2001 at 7:00 p.m.
A motion to adjourn at 11:20 p.m. was made by T. Marczewski, seconded by C. Moschella. Motion carried unanimously.
