The Revaluation for Prospect for the year 2005 took place over the last few months. This process is ongoing and assessments are not final yet. There are Revaluation hearings taking place at Town Hall through Prophecy One, which is the company that conducted the assessments for the Town of Prospect. If you would like to view the new Revaluation List you need to visit Prophecy One's website. There is no other information available to you on the Town of Prospect's website. Please visit Prophecy One to get information on your assessment.

In order to find your house on the revaluation list, you need to enter three pieces of information:

Your Town's Name - Prospect

The method of your search - This means which search engine would you like to use to find your home. In this search highlight - Property Location by Streetname

Search Terms - This is where you enter your street name. You don't need to type exactly what your street name is, instead use just the main part of it. Leave out street, or lane, or court. For example:

If you are searching for a house of Summit Road, enter simply summit. For Stephen Court, enter only stephen, and for a house on Laura Avenue, enter only laura.
