EXCITING NEW ATTRACTIONS AND ENTERTAINMENT!!!

The 9th Annual Pumpkin Festival, sponsored by the Office of the Mayor, the Parks and Recreation Department and the Knights of Columbus, will be held on Saturday, October 20th, on the TOWN GREEN. Decorated pumpkins will be displayed around the Green for judging and everyone's enjoyment.

We invite everyone in the Halloween spirit to participate and carve or decorate a pumpkin.

Please join in the fun and enter the PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST!

HAY BALE ROLLING RACES

Hay Bale Rolling Races were very successful at the 2011 Pumpkin Festival. Teams race each other down the raceway, around a cone and back to the finish. Sports teams are encouraged to join and school teams will compete against each other. But the fun is certainly for everone!

DON'T FORGET to join in the VEHICLE PUMPKIN PARADE. Bring your orange vehicle or decorate your own. Vehicles will line up on Chandler Drive, and follow the HEADLESS HORSEMAN to continue down Route 69 toward the center of Town, up Center Street and through the Pupkin Festival. The parade will start right at 5:30 p.m., so get a spot early in the line up.
