MAYOR’S REPORT: Update on Water line on Waterbury Rd to new medical offices; Negotiations taking place to tie into Waterbury’s sewer line, Water Pollution Control Authority and Council need to meet jointly in the future; Environmental Study for proposed Commerce/Business Park on Scott Rd. given to members; Pamphlet from FAA; Gedraitis fund over $10,000; Recommendation of William F. McCasland for the FOI Advisory Board; Mayor Chatfield reviewed revenue sheet (Schedule “A” attached); Updated members on the new police car; grant expected for $20,000 to purchase 4WD police vehicle, bidding out, won’t be ordering until June; BRRFOC letter re: no Increase required in Tipping Fee; Review of capital plan; CCM bulletin; reminder Budget meeting Sat. March 9th @ 9 A.M.; BRRFOC re: Bonds & Covanta Operations; T. Graveline questioned Corridor study pamphlet, Mayor to look into regarding input from town.
CHAIR REPORT: Updated members re: meeting with Congressman Malony @ Firehouse Saturday, new exercise equipment received through a grant.
