The Special Town Council meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. Members present: Robert Doyon, Patricia Geary, Cynthia Gibbons, Theresa Graveline, Thomas Hallaway & Douglas Merriman. Absent: Edward Miller and Dominick Mirabelle

Budget Back-up Information for members to review. Mayor Chatfield presented and reviewed budget for fiscal year 2002-2003. (Schedule “A” attached). Total $134,918 total increase in budget.

D. Merriman left meeting at 9:35 A.M.

Mayor Chatfield also recommended Workshop and Budget Meeting dates:

Motion made by P. Geary, 2nd by R. Doyon to schedule:

Budget Workshop for March 19, 2002 @ 6:30 P.M. followed by the Regular Town Council Meeting;

April 15, 2002 Public Hearing 7 P.M., Town Hall;

May 1, 2002 Town Meeting @ 7 P.M. @ Community School.

Motion Unanimous

Mayor Chatfield submitted Line Items (Schedule “B” attached). Motion made by P. Geary, 2nd by T. Hallaway to adopt line items attached. Motion Unanimous

Motion made by P. Geary, 2nd by R. Doyon to adjourn at 9:55 A.M. Motion Unanimous

Brief tour of the Firehouse took place after adjournment of this Special Meeting.
