The Regular Town Council meeting was called to order @ 7:02 P.M. by Chair Cynthia Gibbons. Members present: Robert Doyon, Cynthia Gibbons, Theresa Graveline, Delores Franks, Domenic Jannetty, Douglas Merriman, Edward Miller & Dominick Mirabelle. Absent Patricia Geary.
MAYOR'S REPORT: Sr. Elderly Tax Credit, 6 members have been meeting and will be at next meeting to make final recommendation. Mayor Chatfield recommended adding Resident State Troopers Contract to the agenda. Motion made by B. Doyon, 2nd by D. Merriman. Unanimous. Mayor Chatfield reviewed 2003-2005 contract. Motion made by D. Merriman, 2nd by D. Mirabelle to accept. Motion Unanimous
Mayor recommend a Budget Workshop meeting date - Monday, April 7th @ 6 P.M. at the Prospect Firehouse. Motion by D. Merriman, 2nd by E. Miller. Unanimous

Subcommittees
Ordinance - Recommendation to the Council to review three ordinance and vote on the 15th of April and schedule a Public Hearing for April 29th @ 7 P.M. at the Town Hall.
Land Use - T. Graveline waiting to hear from representative re: CWC properties.
Public Works - R. Doyon - members met the 24th re: Town Garage, need for more space, suggestion to look at property next door or add on in back, possibility where the gun club goes, needs to research. Possibly make offer to abutting property owner and meet again. Tabled until after the budget.
