The Town Council meeting was called to order by Domenic Moschella, Vice Chair at 7 p.m.
Members Present: Joseph Commendatore, Theresa Graveline, Frederick Harkins, Douglas Merriman, Dominick Mirabelle and Dominic Moschella.
Members Absent: Robert Doyon, Patricia Geary and Edward Miller

Approval of Minutes: Motion made by D. Merriman to approve the April 5, 2005 budget workshop minutes. Motion seconded by J. Commendatore Motion discussed and the following corrections were made. Page 3 the last sentence was revised to read 'This meeting recessed at 7 p.m. to begin the Town Council meeting.' Page 4 the first sentence was revised to read '8:45 p.m. motion made by F. Harkins to reopen the Budget Workshop meeting. Motion seconded by D. Merriman. Unanimous
Minutes amended as stated above. No further discussion. Unanimous.
Motion made by D. Merriman to approve the April 5, 2005 minutes. Motion seconded by T. Graveline. Motion discussed and the following corrections were made: Page 2 the first sentence was revised to read 'No further discussion. Unanimous The Recreation budget was adopted and included a full-time Recreation Director with a salary of $29,500.'
Minutes amended as stated above. No further discussion. unanimous.
Correspondence: Unapproved Board of Recreation April 13, 2005 minutes Town of Prospect Revenue Sheet from tbe Mayor Zoning Inspector's Report for March 2004 A letter from Cynthia Gibbons, Chair of the Prospect Republican Town Committee recommending the appointment of Stephen M. Sackter of 192 Cook Road, to the Inland Wetlands Commission to fill a vacancy.
Motion made by J. Commendatore to approve the appointment of Stephen M. Sackter to fill a vacancy on the Inland Wetlands Commission. Motion seconded by F. Harkins. Unanimous
Motion made by D. Merriman to place correspondence on file. Motion seconded by T. Graveline. Unanimous
Old Business:
D. Merriman suggested that Town Council members study P&Z minutes of April 6, 2005 and the Report on a Possible Amendment to the Prospect Plan of Conservation and Development of April 6. 2005. This topic will be discussed at the next Town Council meeting.
Motion made by D. Merriman to adjourn. Motion seconded by F. Harkins. Unanimous
