The Town Council meeting was called to order by Robert Doyon, Chair at 7:04 p.m.
Members Present:Robert Doyon, Douglas Merriman, Dominic Moschella, Dominick Mirabelle, Edward
Miller, Patricia Geary (arrived at 7:15 p.m.) and Joseph Commendatore (arrived at 7:24 p.m.)
Absent Members:Theresa Graveline and Frederick Harkins
Mayor Chatfield submitted a Revenue Sheet, Budget Information 2004-2005, and a proposed schedule for budget workshops.
Mayor Chatfield presented and reviewed with the Council the proposed budget for 2005-2006 fiscal year. Increases and decreases for all categories were defined.
The Council rreviewed the proposed budget workshop schedule.
Motion made by D. Merriman to adopt the workshop schedule. Motion seconded by D. Mirabelle. Unanaimous.
R. Doyon requested the Council to accept by unanimous consent attached Schedule A budget items that the Council has very little discretion with.
Motion made by J. Commendatore to approve the proposed line items on Schedule A with the understanding that they can be revised. Motion seconded by D. Moschella. Unanimous
Motion made by D. Merriman to adjourn. Motion seconded by D. Mirabelle. Unanimous
