The Town Council meeting was called to order by Joseph Commendatore, Chair at 7 p.m.
Members Present: Joseph Commendatore, Robert Doyon, Theresa Graveline, Roger Kergaravat, Douglas Merriman, Dominic Moschella and Dominick Mirabelle (arrived 7:02) Members Absent: Patricia Geary and Frederick Harkins

Correspondence: Tax Collector’s refunds Tax Collector’s monthly collection reports – January 2006, February 2006 and March 2006
Motion made by D. Merriman to approve the Tax Collector’s refunds totaling $3,128.63. Motion seconded by T. Graveline. Unanimous
Motion made by T. Graveline to place correspondence on file. Motion seconded by R. Doyon. Unanimous
New Business:Motion made by D. Merriman to cancel the May 16, 2006 Town Council meeting. Motion seconded by D. Moschella. Motion discussed.
D. Merriman stated the convention for the 89th District will be hosted by the Prospect Republican Town Committee. Bethany and Cheshire will be in attendance as well and the Republicans on Town Council would like to attend this convention to support R. Kergaravat. No further discussion.J. Commendatore, R. Doyon, R. Kergaravat, D. Merriman, D. Mirabelle and D. Moschella approve. T. Graveline opposed. Motion carries.
