The Special Town Council meeting was called to order by Joseph Commendatore, Chair at 7:04 p.m.
Members Present:Joseph Commendatore, Patricia Geary (7:23 p.m.), Theresa Graveline, Frederick Harkins, Douglas Merriman, Dominick Mirabelle, and Dominic Moschella.
Mayor Chatfield attended the Waterbury Board of Alderman Meeting.
Possible Executive Session with Attorney Knott, WPCA members and members of the Town Council on the Intermunicipal Agreement with the City of Waterbury.
Motion made by D. Merriman to go into Executive Session at 7:06 p.m. Motion seconded by T. Graveline. Atty. John Knott and all members of the WPCA were invited.
Motion unanimous.
Motion made by D. Merriman to come out of Executive Session at 7:59 p.m. Motion seconded by T. Graveline. No votes or motions were made during Executive Session.
Motion unanimous.
Motion made by T. Graveline to recess the meeting at 8:30 p.m. Motion seconded by P. Geary.
Motion unanimous.
Motion made by D. Merriman to come out of recess at 9:50 p.m. Motion seconded by D. Moschella.
Motion unanimous.
Mayor Chatfield called Chairman Commendatore on his cell phone at 9:50 p.m. to inform him that the Waterbury Board of Alderman passed the resolution pertaining to the Toll Brothers Intermunicipal Agreement.
Motion made by T. Graveline to approve the Town Council Resolution with corrections to paragraph 4 and 5 after “the signature of the Mayor” adding “and the Chairman of the WPCA”. Motion seconded by D. Mirabelle.
Motion unanimous.
Motion made by D. Moschella to adjourn the Special Meeting at 9:55 p.m. Motion seconded by P. Geary.
Motion unanimous.
