Vice Chairman Robert Doyon called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. The meeting was taped.
Members Present: Robert Doyon, Patricia Geary, Theresa Graveline, Douglas Merriman, Dominick Mirabelle and Stanley Pilat
Members Absent: Joseph Commendatore, Frederick Harkins, and Roger Kergaravat.
Mayor’s Report: The Mayor was not in attendance
Motion made by T. Graveline to send the Sample Construction Site Ordinance to the Ordinance Subcommittee. Motion seconded by P. Geary. Motion unanimous.

Public Participation: Lisa Degoes, 22 Apple Hill Drive, mentioned the Special Board of Education meeting tomorrow night where they will discuss magnet schools. There was general discussion.
Approval of Minutes: Motion made by D. Merriman to approve the minutes of the July 17th 2007 meeting. Motion seconded by T. Graveline. D. Mirabelle abstained.
