The Special Town Council meeting was called to order by Chairman Tom Galvin @ 6:45 P.M.
Members Present: Thomas Galvin, Douglas Merriman, Theresa Graveline, Patricia Geary, Stan Pilat and Charles Mallon @ 6:47 P.M.
Members Absent: Carl Graveline, Roger Kergaravat, and Robert Doyon.
Resolutions: The Town Council members had received by mail two documents for the Resolution for reconstruction of Scott Road Phase I from Austin Road to Nicholas Court. The funding for this project will come from 20% State and 80% Federal monies. Motion made by D. Merriman to approve Resolution to authorize Mayor Robert J Chatfield to sign agreement for Scott Road Phase I reconstruction from Austin Road to Nicholas Court. Motion seconded by T. Graveline. Motion Unanimous. Motion Passes.
The second document was for Certification of Non-Discrimination Agreements and Warranties. Motion made by P. Geary to approve Certification of Non-Discrimination Agreements and Warranties. Motion seconded by T. Graveline. Motion Unanimous. Motion Passes.
