All permission slips for dances and movie nights are to be handed in at school along with any fees prior to the date of the event. We will no longer accept anything at the door for these events.
Every child who attends Prospect Youth Service should have a registration form on file. If you have not already filled one out for your child, please do so and send it to the Prospect Town Hall, Prospect Youth Services, 36 Center Street, Prospect, CT 06712.
